Collaborating is not always easy, and Don covers various issues that might inhibit the process. This book reviews methods for overcoming obstacles and developing a successful collaboration. Bringing people together takes many forms and can be accomplished using different techniques. This book covers diverse options and allows the reader to select the most suitable application. Let’s move forward collaboratively.
