With sections that focus on disassociation, creativity, and even the importance of laughter, there is no stone left unturned when it comes to methods and tactics the author offers readers to support them on their journey. This author may come with a load of professional and academic experience, but she is skilled at making the writing very understandable. One does not have to have a Ph.D. since she makes it easy to relate to the teachings.
Dr. Galit Goldfarb’s book 100 Days From Today really drives home the point that everyone has a purpose while helping the reader open up to the awareness of his or her own true divine essence. Heavier topics including the ego, the soul, and conscious change are all addressed in simple-to-understand examples with affirmations along the way to reinforce the learning. The author creates an easy-to-follow roadmap that allows this book to be used as a lifelong tool, highlighting ways to bring purpose and vitality back into your life. As the author reiterates throughout the book: Bringing your light out in the world is all that matters. I found this book to be very user-friendly and informative!
