With six easy steps, Tiffany Timmons-Saab helps leaders build a strong team of motivated members. She demonstrates a strategy that can be easily executed and will help almost everyone, regardless of their business model or career level.
With these six steps, a person can truly become a leader with a focused mind; an engaged leader who sees the end goal: creating a strong team of motivated members. While focusing on the responsibilities of a leader, Timmons-Saab gives insightful information about business management and what people can do to increase the productivity of their employees. The tips and steps described by the author are very easy to understand and implement. Her way of describing the fundamentals and how to become a good leader is not generic, but is applicable to all and this is what makes the book brilliant.
Tiffany Timmons-Saab relays the information in a very fluent and conversational way that makes understanding her point easier. This was a quick read, which helps in favor of digesting the information and understanding it on a deeper level. I enjoyed how fast paced the book is, yet the author keeps it simple to ensure that the reader understands what she is trying to say. I felt a burst of energy, inspiration and motivation to do better. A very informative book that must be read by aspiring and first-time leaders!
