With Unbreakable Love is a work of interpersonal drama and thriller fiction penned by author Jeanine Lunsford, and it forms the third novel in The Rivera Sisters Series. We continue to follow the life events and emotional turn-around of the life of Carina Rivera in this installment, which could also be read as a standalone novel. Here, Carina finds herself on the night of her marriage to Mark with heavy doubts still weighing on her mind. Unable to fully shake her past as the “bad” sister, Carina asks God to set her on the right path. What follows is a highly emotional drama with twists and turns that will truly test Carina’s faith in God, and herself, for good.
For readers who are seeking a tale where the protagonist comes very overtly into the arms of God alongside her personal battles with her dramas and demons in life, they need look no further than the works of author Jeanine Lunsford. Carina’s story works on many levels throughout the tale, from her emotional relationship with Mark and her past with her abusive ex-husband, through to her inner feelings about herself, and issues of self-trust and acceptance. This, intermingled with the overarching theme of accepting the unbreakable love of God, makes for a fully satisfying emotional arc that carries the story without fail. The plot and dialogue all complement this journey really nicely, with excellent writing. Overall, With Unbreakable Love is a highly recommended read for Christian fiction fans everywhere.
