Warrior Leadership: Steps to Success for Leaders on the Ground is an excellent book that gives real-life examples and instructions that will help leaders not only lead well and effectively but will also encourage everybody around them to be their best and achieve the greatest results possible.
I’ve read a lot of self-help guides, but I believe that Warrior Leadership: Steps to Success for Leaders on the Ground is the best and most honest guide I’ve ever read. J.B. Spisso doesn’t shy away from any topic, and he isn’t afraid to use his failures as inspiration for learning and building to becoming your best. In fact, he gives a number of great, inspirational examples that will help readers see exactly how the principles can be applied to achieve results and a great, balanced life. It’s not just about work; it’s about having everything in the right place and order so you can be your best and focus on what matters. This is a wonderful and inspiring book that should be required reading for everybody; not just leaders. Everyone can benefit from the practical and sound advice offered in this excellent book.
