The Secret Life of the Librarian by Virginia Lush is about an attractive young woman who is a librarian by day and a writer of steamy stories. Jane, the librarian and writer, needs inspiration to write about the naughty intrigues. Jane decides to attend a live concert where she plans to find an interesting encounter to write about. She accidentally bumps into perfection and happily explores sex in a public place. Surrounded by other attendees of the concert, the public sex went unnoticed by anyone in the vicinity but left both very satisfied. The librarian later takes a trip to the beach where a very attractive gentleman assists her with a sunscreen application that quickly turns into her next encounter to write about later. Jane and the gentleman find themselves in the water and on the sand during the naughty exploration of sexuality. She loses her clothing in the water, which the young man quickly assists her with. After being sexually satisfied and fully clothed once again, Jane heads home to write the stories of her exploits, having already decided on a fun-loving title.
The Secret Life of the Librarian is a very sexually graphic short story. The encounters have a humorous twist followed by the naughty entertainment the title promises. Lush develops her plot quickly and flawlessly, with intriguing interludes between unknown partners, albeit willing participants, making this definitely not for the meek or prudish. I would recommend Virginia Lush’s story to anyone (over 18 only) interested in a luscious tale of pleasure and witty humor. I personally could not find any flaws in the story itself as exploring sexuality can be a very natural human activity. However, the one thing I would suggest for Virginia Lush’s future stories is the mention (even a passing phrase would do) of some sort of protection. This would encourage what I’m sure will be an astounding fan base to engage in safe sex. This is definitely a five-star sexual escapade. Lush has the writing capacity to be a very successful author. I look forward to more from her.
