The Mystery of Alien Thief (Let's Learn Book 4) by Kunal Das and Vedika Agrawal is a fun and educational picture book for children. A young boy named Apoorv is excited to start his summer vacation. But one thing keeps getting in the way; his family is nagging him to do his homework. After trying numerous times to get out of doing it, Apoorv finally sits on his bed and reads about global warming. His eyes were starting to get heavy, but suddenly, Apoorv heard whispering coming from the attic. He rushed to tell his mom but she just told him to get back to his homework. Apoorv decided to be brave and ventured into the attic to investigate, taking his dog Drooly with him. Apoorv is surprised by what he finds and learns an important lesson. What did Apoorv find? And what lesson do you think he learned? Find out in this book!
The Mystery of Alien Thief was a pleasure to read. From the moment I saw the front cover, I knew I was going to enjoy it. Authors Kunal Das and Vedika Agrawal have created the perfect book for children that will teach them all about global warming and what they can do to help save the planet. This valuable lesson is taught through an entertaining story from a young boy's perspective, making it relatable to the young reader. The story is written simply so that children will absorb the contents easily. The illustrations by the talented Creative Knot are colorful and imaginative; Drooly was my favorite character. I hope Kunal and Vedika continue working together as they make a great team. I thoroughly enjoyed every page of this story and hope to read more from them soon. Keep writing and stay creative.
