The Little Blogger's Animalia Adventure by Viga Boland is another great installment in The Little Blogger series. This time, we get to meet the insects, animals, and birds that Maddie knows live in her area. This is another wonderfully illustrated book with plenty of great, colorful photos. It's entertaining; Maddie's observations are just as funny as the first book, and we learn much about each animal. In each chapter, Maddie asks questions, encouraging readers to try to answer them in the best way they can. This is another very different book. While there are plenty of stories about animals, none are as frank or candid as this one, and plenty of easy-to-understand facts are provided, making it educational as well as entertaining. Like the first book, I really enjoyed reading this one and hope there are more to come in this fun series.
