Soon, the best friends learn that the supervillains, Pressure and Bloating from D.R.A.I.N., are behind this mess, and now they are going to attack the Civil Civic Center where Barry's mom works. Can Bladder Lad and Plunger Pete stop the evil duo from carrying out their nefarious plans?
