The Adventures of Mr. Fuzzy Ears by Donna Carr Roberts is a children's book that tells the story of The Mystery of the Missing Bunnies. Typically, the animals are happy on the university campus; they run free and live life to the fullest. But the bunnies have gone, disappeared, and no one has seen them for days. The police need help, so they ask Mr. Fuzzy Ears to investigate. With all his animal friends, Mr. Fuzzy Ears starts hunting for the bunnies – he searches everywhere and asks everyone if they've seen them. Eventually, he finds them hanging out in the computer room – they were so caught up with all the screen things that they lost track of time and forgot where they were. But something bad has happened while they've been distracted. Can Mr. Fuzzy Ears solve the mystery and help the bunnies discover what makes life so good for them?
The Adventures of Mr. Fuzzy Ears by Donna Carr Roberts is a nice story with some great illustrations to bring it to life. It's more than just a story; there are several messages throughout, teaching kids the importance of caring for animals and treating them with the love and kindness they deserve. The character, Mr. Fuzzy Ears, is based on a real dog, and Donna has done him justice, along with all the other wonderful characters she has created. The story is written in easy-to-understand language, and it will become a fast favorite with all kids, one they'll want to read over and again. It's a good story and lovely illustrations with an olde-worlde feel to them. I highly recommended as an addition to any kids' library.
