Meet Bentley Hippo and his friends and discover the importance of being patient in Argyro Graphy's The Adventures of Bentley Hippo: Inspiring Children to be Patient. The adventure starts one morning when Bentley Hippo opens the front door to find Jaxon, a young and restless monkey. Jaxon is so excited that he cannot speak clearly, and Bentley decides to follow him to discover what is going on. They arrive in an open field where many people, including other friends, are lined up. A great event has been announced, and they all are quietly waiting their turn - except for hyperactive Jaxon, whose impatience almost ruins everything.
A simple and delightful story is the best way to convey a message to children, and The Adventures of Bentley Hippo does this effectively. I enjoyed reading Argyro Graphy's inspiring words and looking at the beautiful and colorful pictures by Michael Reyes. Thanks to Bentley Hippo, kids are encouraged to practice patience and understand how this helps them to be kinder to others. They will also learn that they could lose their reward if they do not behave properly. However, they receive what they deserve if they understand Bentley's valuable lesson. The Adventures of Bentley Hippo: Inspiring Children to be Patient helps us raise our children with positive values and make them better adults (even the best adults) tomorrow. Do not waste the chance to explain the inspiring values of patience and kindness to your kids through The Adventures of Bentley Hippo. It is a gift both for them and for you.
