"Talee and the Fallen Object" is an adventure about an 8 year old named Talee. The book starts out with a little about Talee, how to pronounce her name and that she loves to read. Talee lives on the planet Gala where it doesn't rain much and it has two moons. The book has a small table of contents and has big print for young readers. See what Talee does to hunt for the treasure and find out what the fallen object is, an object that fell from the backpack of a mail flyer. She was so curious that she had to go and see what it was.
It also has coloring pages for youngsters to color. A Fantasy Adventure Coloring Book is also available as a coloring book for children. The coloring pages have big black bold lines in which kids can color to their delight and make the pages come alive. The coloring book and the story complement each other. The book is very light in weight for traveling. If your child has started reading on their own, this would make a nice adventure story with a hands on coloring book to make it their own. It is a little girl who is not afraid to discover her surroundings and bring to a child a whimsey feel of imagination. I loved these books when my kids were little. I would read a page and let them read a page. This is a great beginner reading book.
