There are places where something magical is in the air. One such place is Taikamaa, home to the six young protagonists of Taikamaa and the Twin Stars: Book 1 by Ramya Kapadia. Their names are Hannah, Rodrigo, Imtiaz, Kanmani, Dakota, and Amari, and one day they found a path that led them to discover something incredible in the form of a castle. Gradually our young heroes learned the history of the castle and the king and queen who once lived there. The appearance of a single star in the sky also had a connection to this story. There should be two stars, but if only one appeared, it would mean that the king and queen were no longer together. How will the adventures of the six children end?
Ramya Kapadia has told a beautiful and magical story. Taikamaa and the Twin Stars will make young readers dream because it has everything to spark their imaginations and make them love this enchanting environment. The author has created the atmosphere perfectly and it will keep readers' attention alive as she gradually reveals the story linked to the castle, the king, and the queen. I also liked that there was a connection between the characters that I could never have imagined. It was a wonderful surprise that came in the very last pages of the book. What more do you want? I recommend this tale to all young readers who enjoy books that involve magic and mysteries. I am sure that this one will delight them.
