Jon and Hannah enjoyed marital bliss with very many reasons to be happy. They had just had a lovely baby boy, and had a beautiful and dynamic four-year-old daughter. Chana, Jon's 22-year-old daughter with his first wife, was a darling who loved her dad, step mum and siblings. Things started to change, however, when Hannah discovered that Jon had been talking to and making plans with his ex-wife without Hannah's knowledge. All of a sudden, Hannah started questioning their marriage and things got out of hand with her threatening to leave Jon and take the kids with her. Every time they seemed to be making progress, the ex-wife issue would come up again and set them back. In the middle of all this confusion, Hannah was involved in a terrible car accident that almost claimed her life. The two then embarked on a very long, painful and uncertain road to recovery.
