This book is written in a practical format with good and well researched advice. I like that James A. Voketaitis and Mitch Proffman give the advice in an easy to understand format which makes it simple for anyone to follow the advice. I have tried some of the exercises and tips offered and I am getting better sleep. While my sleep patterns have not improved exactly to where I want them, I know you can’t expect miracles overnight!
