Seven Shades of Freedom by Quincy A. Mosley is a beautiful book that will appeal to everyone in any kind of relationship. Lauren was a budding writer and editor who interviewed the billionaire business magnate, Daniel Freedom. The minute he set his sights on her, he was smitten and bought her over with the luxury life. Daniel then stripped her of every independence, making her a shadow of herself. He also had a dark side that he kept away from the world but unleashed on Lauren, who served him like he was a god. She lived like a zombie. Ten years into the marriage and two beautiful children later, something in her snapped. She realized that she was dealing with a malignant narcissist, and challenging him will either save or ruin her.
Seven Shades of Freedom by Quincy A. Mosley is an interesting book, one that is highly cerebral and thought-provoking. It forced me to assess and reevaluate my relationships. I needed to be sure that they were symbiotic and not parasitic. Quincy, also through this unique plot, could make me pause and self-reflect to make sure that I wasn’t exhibiting the same traits I loathed. Through simple and stylish writing, Quincy put forth a truckload of information that is both educative and entertaining. I learned how the minds of narcissists work; their weapon and its devastating effect on the victim. I felt the soul, depth, and originality of this story because of the relatable characters. It was inspiring. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and picked up many lessons from it. Quincy has written a novel that will prove useful to everyone.
