Robert Ludlum’s The Janson Option (The Paul Janson Series) was written by Paul Garrison. Paul Janson is out to save the world to atone for the sins he committed as an ex-covert government agent. Janson was known for his “deadly speed and accuracy,” earning him the nickname The Machine. He and his partner and lover Jessica Kincaid are now private security consultants. Kingsman Helms turns to Janson and Kincaid when his wife is taken hostage by Somali pirates. When Kingsman finds himself the target of Camorra hit men once again, he turns to Janson. Is it a coincidence that Kingsman’s wife is taken hostage and the Camorra are after him?
Robert Ludlum’s The Janson Option is a novel created by Paul Garrison. The series was originally written by Robert Ludlum. After Ludlum’s death, Paul Garrison continued the series. He has created twists and turns that are sure to keep the reader quickly turning the pages as they eagerly await what lies ahead. Paul Garrison has a knack for characterization. The Janson Option has a lot of supporting characters, and Garrison has carefully developed each one. The plot is well done and the international settings have a genuine atmosphere to them. The pace is swift and dynamic. I enjoyed The Janson Option, and I particularly enjoyed the combination of Paul Janson and Jessica Kincaid. They make a great team. This book has it all: action, adventure, intrigue, romance, and enough thrills to please the most ardent spy novel enthusiast. I eagerly await the next installment in this series.
