Release: YOU by Jasmine Farrell is an insightful and thought-provoking collection of poems that will motivate and inspire readers to delve into their inner selves and discover and get rid of self-limiting beliefs that have stalled their progress moving forward. There are a lot of poems in the book which can work as affirmations for the present moment. Her profound words will fill readers with love, acceptance, self-accountability, grace, and reflection, and overflow so that this can be spread to everyone around them. Readers can practice what she rightfully says in her poem Yellow Caution Sign: Acceptance:
Open your eyes,
accept the parts of
you that they call sin.
Breathe in the present and
accept the past.
Smile at the future.
All the poems convey an upbeat and optimistic message and will help readers reflect and listen to their hearts. Her wordplay is minimalist but effective and will strike a chord in the hearts of readers. Some of the poems will encourage readers to accept their personality and individuality, be happy with it, and be THEM. The poems on inner healing, acceptance, moving forward, letting go, and others are all deep and engrossing. It is difficult to mention which poem is my favorite because they are all very powerful. The collection is a treat for poetry enthusiasts and will grace shelves at home because of the messages that will motivate readers to transform and heal. This beautiful collection will help readers embrace themselves for their uniqueness and authenticity.
