The author speaks about how his Grandma skillfully wove the family facts into fable and she planted his soul in the Romania of her past. The memoir is a fine combination of family history and a travel journal and keeps readers entertained with a set of stories that are masterfully interwoven into each other. Like any family story, this memoir is a heartwarming and wonderful book that will leave readers reminiscing about their own pasts and family history.
