As Sue dives headfirst into the investigation, newfound facts emerge that force her to look into Rachel's past. Compounding matters is an unnamed witness who was present during the crime and may have the key to unlocking this complicated puzzle. Filled with suspense and intrigue, Murdered Twice is a murder mystery thriller written by Linda Heavner Gerald.
Murdered Twice is one of those modern whodunnits that hook you in from the first page and keep you guessing as to the killer until the end. Author Linda Heavner Gerald weaves a moving tale of forbidden love, betrayal, envy, and murder that's bound to thrill and entice readers of murder mystery novels. I found the characters to be colorful and compelling, with Detective Sue Gibbs being my favorite. The plot moves at a decent pace with multiple POVs to make for an engaging reading experience. At first, it felt a bit jarring with the number of names thrown into the plot, but as the story progressed further, the narrative flowed more smoothly. I had a wonderful time reading Murdered Twice, and I would definitely recommend it.
