AUTHOR BIOGRAPHY
Antonio Delon Hutchinson, also known as A. D Hutchinson, is an emerging adult romance author whose passion for the written word piqued while leisurely writing poetry for friends. Soon afterward, several female friends urged him to start writing romantic novels. Before he knew it, he was catapulted into the sultry world of romance, and he hasn’t looked back ever since. His main influences of times past and present include Nicholas Sparks, Jackie Collins, and Barbara Taylor Bradford.
In addition to two cookery books, Antonio recently authored his romance book debut entitled “Life on Top: The Secrets of a High-class Escort.” Currently, he has another book underway titled “The Girl Who Made Wives Jealous,” with future plans of dabbling in other compelling genres such as fantasy, sci-fi, and historical novels.
Romantic storytelling aside, Antonio Delon Hutchinson doesn’t leave any creative stones unturned as both an award-winning and professionally trained chef and songwriter. He also has an unquenchable wanderlust. Needless to say, writing, music, cooking, and traveling are his life. Written in an engrossing first person narrative voice and in prose that conveys the sensual aspects of the story, the reader is pulled in right away. A.D. Hutchinson crafts a story with powerful characters, including the sister of the protagonist, Mel, allowing us to have a clear idea of the nature of relationships in the story and family dynamics. The exploration of the emotions of the characters is impeccable and the reader can actually feel the heat as Rachel engages in sex in a limousine or as she makes a selection of underwear at a high class shop. The writing is focused and the conflict develops with the protagonist wrestling against her conscience. Even in the peak of ecstasy, there is something that eludes us. She can’t have it all. She confesses: “I liked sex, but most of my partners had been more about the final boom than the art of the act.
