Opening up your world and allowing everyday life to become laced with miracles is an avenue that too few people explore and therefore they do not fully understand that life can actually become much richer and much fuller. Life Can Be a Miracle by Ivinela Samuilova is the story of how one woman’s world was opened up to the possibilities of the beauty that can suddenly appear before us when we go beyond and above the boundaries that society and culture use to restrict us. As Adie works through several different levels of discovering who she is, she begins to see the miracles that happen all around her in everyday life. Through the guidance of Alexey, she begins to unlock and discard the preconceived ideas that have kept her bound and unable to discover who she really is.

Life Can Be a Miracle was more than a pleasant discovery for me. Ivinela Samuilova has literally taken me to another level of discovery and pushed me right on over. The joy of discovering that one can actually trigger their own potential and then just let it flow rather than fighting every step of the way is exactly what I needed to encounter. Though it is written as a fictional novel, in many ways it is a self-help book for those who are open to the message. Honest, direct and enlightening, Life Can Be a Miracle is a must-read for anyone who is searching for the beauty and miracle of living.

Though she studied to be a theologian, trusting that it would offer her something deeply meaningful, poor Adie cannot figure out her life's mission. Ivinela Samuilova has created a sympathetic character in Adie, one with whom many will likely identify, in Life Can Be a Miracle. Like so many, Adie struggles because, although bright and talented, surrounded by those who care for her and with a satisfying job that she is good at, Adie is lost. She is lost in a world in which she knows she has a calling, but knows not what that calling is. In her journey, she joins a group of other like-minded people who find that traditional therapy and counseling just causes more confusion. With their help and the use of some interesting exercises, Adie determines that she is not searching, she is finding. Once done, she is open to the clues revealed and discovers her calling.

At times, Adie’s attitude was pessimistic, yet she repeatedly grasped those bits that life handed to her and found their greater meaning. In Life Can be a Miracle, many will discover the miracle of thinking your way out of a situation, changing the behavior of others through your own thoughts, reducing the impact of a problem by removing the seriousness of it, and how a higher power may be speaking through life’s smallest and seemingly most insignificant events. Ivinela Samuilova has created a story that will challenge readers to look at life from new angles and perhaps to try new ways.

Life Can Be a Miracle is a contemporary fiction novel by Ivinela Samuilova, but it really is much more than that. Adie is feeling rather lost and in despair about her life and her lack of a calling. She's not sure what she should be doing with herself and does not know how to resolve her crisis. She's been taking a series of seminars with Alexey, a psychologist who uses quantum forces and neurolinguistic programming to release the social bindings people have around them and show them how to allow themselves to become their ideals. He does this through a series of exercises and projects. Adie and Alexey have formed a close bond and meet before the seminars to discuss Adie's progress and her discoveries.

Life Can Be a Miracle is inspirational. I found myself applying many of the strategies and practicing the exercises that Alexey shows his students. This is a very clever and disarming story that not only tells you the story of Adie, but also introduces the reader to a number of very helpful self-awareness and self-realization tools. I'm so glad I read this book! It's going to have pride of place in my collection of books to be re-read as well. I learned a great deal from it at the same time as enjoying a well-written and entertaining story. I was especially intrigued by the chapter where Adie communicates via Skype with the stranger. Life Can Be a Miracle has got me writing notes and setting up the framework for my own miracles. It's well worth reading.
