In spite of the doubts people felt about them and how they were counted out among their peers, "the literary black sheep" survives and thrives to create a book that combines the wisdom of old age and the vision of youth. Intro Of The Literary Black Sheep Pt. 1 contains nine urban-themed poems written from 2016 to 2017. The first poem exposes the endless loop of bad parenting. Take Flight encourages readers to "get up, go out, explore life". Bluetopia depicts a sort of luxurious haven filled with beautiful women, high fashion, and dreams of achieving excellence. Saven "Con-A" Watts includes a few sentences at the end of the poems; some of these are comments about the poems' topics, while others are shorter poems related to the main poems.
Intro Of The Literary Black Sheep Pt. 1 is presented with a unique and original approach, revealing a profound, fun, and astounding poetic work. The poems come from a mind that is evolved to arrive at its truth regardless of how different it is from the norm, possibly as a result of exclusion. Some poems are quite different from the others, like Slicc Versing—whose peculiar spelling, rhymes, and word selection provide an exciting and therapeutic experience, especially when read aloud. Each poem is beautiful, but I particularly liked Define Real as it speaks against showing off and encourages actually being good instead of faking it, a topic I'm passionate about. With great style and artistry, Saven "Con-A" Watts's book depicts the harsh world they grew up in, pushes for a better world, and inspires readers to reach for the stars and beyond.
