The learning process elucidated in Instant Learning: How to Learn Anything Instantly! uses the age old techniques of simplification, namely, use of connections with the familiar, utilizing rhymes, application of mnemonic tools or use of other expressions. Specific techniques presented in this book will be of considerable assistance, as these introduce a formal structure to learning, which can be easily tailored to a group of learners.
As the author puts it in the end, learning does not stop; one can be skilful and very talented, but learning will never come to an end. Hence, whether you like it or not, there is no other option but to adapt to learning as a continuum. This book, by offering many styles for experimenting with the learning process, opens us to new possibilities. Experiment with new patterns of study to learn faster and better.
