Most children want to live lives free from expectations or responsibilities. But some parents like to map out their children's lives for themselves. Sometimes, they seek to live out their unfulfilled dreams vicariously through their children. It's almost impossible to be productive until you've dealt with your pain because we often mirror our pain and trauma to the outer world. In I Wish I'd Known, author Sarah Vie delves into her own life to offer readers helpful insights and tools they can use to heal their past traumas and break the cycle of ancestral patterning. It is important to take baby steps as you embark on the path to healing and learn to love yourself. Meditation is one of the most effective tools a person can use to negate the negative energies around them to live a happy and fulfilling life.
Drawing from her own life experiences, Sarah Vie showcases the harmful chronic patterns people can fall into, losing their self-confidence and ability to love themselves due to possible parental neglect. She provides some accessible ways a person can heal themselves from the inside out to let go of their inner demons and live a stress-free life devoid of anxiety or depression. The most impressive aspect of I Wish I'd Known is that everything discussed within the pages is relatable to people living anywhere in the world. The step-by-step guidelines are also applicable and practically feasible for everyone to use in their daily lives. Overall, an inspirational read that I highly recommend.
