I Love You Today by Sean Smith is a charming storybook of the love between a father and a child, which the author expresses beautifully through the eyes of both the father and the child. The father makes their favorite breakfast, cleans up the mess after his daughter finishes playing, sings her favorite song, makes her laugh at his jokes, and fills her day with joy, love, and hope. This story of unconditional love and parental bonding will tug at the heartstrings of readers and leave a lasting impression in the minds of both children and parents alike.
The story is heartwarming and captures the love between a father and a daughter beautifully. Both the feelings of the father and the daughter are relatable and tangible, and connect well with readers.
