He Loves Me! He Truly Loves Me! The Story of Mupsie and Me and How We Came to Be! by Devon Michael Sangiovanni is an adorable picture book for young children. The story follows a cute kitten named Mupsie, who desperately wants to find his forever home. Mupsie waits by the phone every day, hoping it's finally his turn to find the one he will share his love with, and the one he will live happily with forever. Days go by and Mupsie watches as his sisters get taken to their forever homes, which only makes Mupsie feel even more sad and hopeless. One day, Mupsie makes a change that could turn his luck around. Mupsie decides to start praying and waits once again. Will Mupsie finally find the one?
He Loves Me! He Truly Loves Me! was a pleasure to read. The story of Mupsie is beautiful and will capture the hearts of any young reader. I loved the illustrations of Mupsie as they are colorful and uniquely designed, while the images match his kind heart perfectly. Not only is this book enjoyable, but it is also educational as it shows how strong love can be. Children will learn that as long as they have love, they can accomplish anything, which is highly important. I loved every page of this wonderfully-written book by Devon Michael Sangiovanni and I look forward to reading more soon!
