Jan is a “freedom fighter” intent on sharing the lessons she's learned on her spiritual journey. Jan shares her experience of struggling with weight loss and the subsequent health problems associated with bad eating habits. With the help of the Holy Spirit, Jan had a breakthrough at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. After plenty of research and soul-searching Jan tried 16-hour fasting.
