Chasing the Omega - Small Town by Jessica Edwards has a lot of elements that make it a solid entertainer for readers. Were there moments when I couldn’t help but roll my eyes? Yes. Were they enough to make me want to put the novel down? No, and a lot of the credit for that goes to the amazing descriptions and the way the story was written. I fell in love with the narrative and the way it was written. It was very descriptive which made it easier for me to imagine the scenarios, hear what the characters were hearing and see what they were seeing. It is not often that I come across such expressive writing, but when I do, I really appreciate it. The flow was amazing; it was fast but not too much to make it a turn-off.
