Bowie explains the importance of branding with regard to creating an inviting and fitting atmosphere in your space. She explores the impact of color, images and fonts when creating the right background that visitors will find appealing. The content in Branding Your Website by Maria Bowie is diverse and includes many aspects that may seem minor but are crucial in the process of branding a site. I liked that the information is applicable and that I was able to understand the details since not much jargon is used. I also liked that the content is well organized and hence makes reading quite easy. The book is also brief therefore it can be read by anyone, even those who are busy and prefer content that is not too long and that discusses the topic at hand. The verses included at the end were a great addition as they offer motivation. Branding Your Website contains important information that is crucial, especially to beginners in the world of cyberspace.
