Beyond The Blueprint by Angela K. Parker is a second chance, ex-friends-to-lovers romance that follows Logan and Chris, two people who grew up as best friends before Chris said he wanted more. Now, years later, Logan is working for her father’s company, making a name for herself, and Chris comes back into her life. He has intentions of once again being more than just friends, but Logan is hesitant to admit her feelings and doesn’t think she can ever be close with Chris again, in the way they used to be. Will Logan and Chris finally be able to admit their feelings for each other and move forward?
I really enjoyed this quick and fun romance, Beyond The Blueprint by Angela K. Parker. Many of the romances I read tend to mostly focus on the female perspective, so I loved that this story rotated back and forth between both Logan's and Chris’s perspectives equally. I think the characters had great chemistry, but Logan did frustrate me at times because she was so hot-and-cold toward Chris, despite him being true in his feelings for her. Other than this, however, I had a really fun time reading this story and was able to finish it in less than a day. This book does have some sizzle in it, so it may not be for everyone, but for lovers of romance who enjoy a happy ever after between two people who were made for each other, Beyond The Blueprint is a book to check out!
