In a fun and funny read with, yes, a business focus, B.S. Incorporated by authors Jennifer Rock and Michael Voss is a book that anyone with any experience in the business world will get a huge kick out of. Follow the story of Business Solutions, Inc., a company that appears to be on its last legs. Shady consultants are brought in with the supposed aim to right this sinking ship, but the employees of BSI don't seem to be buying into what they are selling. Communications manager Will Evans is tasked with developing one of the unlikely to succeed strategies, and hates his new role and responsibilities. Anna Reed, a woman ready to move ahead in her career as fast as possible, is a member of Will's team and is ready to throw anyone who gets in her way under the bus. But when Will comes up with his own ingenious plan to save BSI from bankruptcy, he needs Anna's help. Will the two be successful? Or will BSI go down in flames, taking their careers with them?
I very much enjoyed reading B.S. Incorporated. Authors Jennifer Rock and Michael Voss have written an incredibly engaging read that will have their readers laughing uproariously and turning the pages just as quickly as they can in order to find out what happens next. The authors clearly have vast experience in the business world, because so many of the scenarios they impart are things that many of us have encountered in our day to day careers. This book is fun and excessively readable. Any reader who loves a book with a focus on the world of business, or just a great read in general, should absolutely read this book. I am pleased to recommend B.S. Incorporated, and I certainly hope that the talented author duo of Jennifer Rock and Michael Voss are already hard at work on their next book. If it's anything like this, it will absolutely be worth a read!
