Angry Books by Tacee Theobald is an adorably illustrated picture book with an important message: take care of your books! I loved this story. It teaches children how to take proper care of books through drawings. By showing the young reader what not to do to a book, it then asks the child how they would feel or what they would do if the role was reversed. The text is engaging and the illustrations help children to fully understand the message. Sergio Drumond did an excellent job of illustrating this book. The text and story flowed perfectly, complementing each other beautifully. Covering all the do's and don'ts of book care, the story uses humor and captivating pictures to help the young reader learn the best practices of taking care of our Biblio friends.
