"A Mustard Seed" by Angus Buchan is a daily devotional for every day of the year, starting with January 1st going through December 31st. It doesn’t have the year added, making this devotional available to read any year. Each devotion has a Bible verse that goes along with it, and each devotion is short, ranging from a little less that a page to just over a page. These devotions would be great to read when you want something quick to read. Some of my favorites here are: The Mustard Seed, Matthew 17:20; Running the Race, Philippians 3:12; Smelling the Roses, Matthew 14:23, Personal Relationship, Ephesians 2:13; and, All Things Work Together, Romans 8:28. This is just a small taste of what you are going to get in this wonderful devotional.
I always enjoy devotionals because I learn a lot about individual scripture verses, and each devotion deals with day to day issues we all face. And several devotions in this book are just what I need on the day I read them! Angus Buchan is a gifted writer and makes the devotions easy to read. They are interesting and helpful. And I really like the front cover with Mr. Buchan’s smiling face, holding his Bible placed on the attractive background. I think this one stands out on the retailers' shelves. I recommend this book to everyone because everyone can find something here that will benefit them! And if you enjoy devotionals, then this is a must for you. So why not pick up a copy to enjoy for yourself? You will not be disappointed!
