I absolutely LOVED this book! I am a sucker for a great Christian fiction novel, as well as, a great historical novel...this book has both and more!! Margaret Brownley was able to capture me from the beginning, and held me til the end. I truly did not want this book to end or to have to say good bye to amazingly thought out characters who became my dear friends. But, alas, I did and I am anxiously awaiting book 2 in this series!
I found myself laughing through out this whole book. Maragaret Brownley does an outstanding job of adding humor to Sarah's story. It was a book that I have added to my favorites list and I will go back time and again to say hello to my new friends.
If you love history, and you love God-filled stories, then I think you should grab a copy of Sarah and Justin's story, A Lady Like Sarah, sit back and relax while you become friends with these wonderful people. I give this book an over all 5 star rating for a wonderful job!!
