Josh Logan died in a plane crash; he could have bailed out but waited until the last minute to save a residential area. He gave his life so that others would not be lost. A comet was headed toward the Earth and all life would be destroyed if it is not stopped. Josh assumes the name Josh Meadows and begins to assemble a team to complete his mission. He has two years before the cataclysmic event. Who is Jesse? Can life be saved? Why was Josh chosen?
"Resurrect" by Commander David E. Stevens is the first book in the 'Resurrect Trilogy'. The plot is filled with action, adventure, science, thrills, twists, and a touch of romance. How could any reader ask for more. I was quickly drawn into this book and saw the scenes played out in my mind as if there were a stage behind my eyes. Although the characters are well done it was the plot that grabbed me. I truly wanted to read all three books right then. The story moves along at a quick steady pace, transporting the reader from one country to another. Undoubtedly this is one of the best books I've ever read and I've read a lot. This is a book that you won't be able to lay down.I can hardly wait for the next book to come out.
